Article L.121-21-8 12° of the French Consumer Code provides for the absence of the right of withdrawal for "accommodation services, other than residential accommodation, transport of goods, car rentals, catering services or leisure activities which must be provided on a specific date or during a specific period." The services governed by these general terms and conditions therefore fall under Article L.121-21-8 12°.
Definitions
In these General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTC"), the following terms are defined as:

General Information
These GTC apply to any order placed online, by phone, or by email for one or more tourism products purchased by the customer via the Zoo de Bordeaux Pessac and/or Night Experience website. The products can only be used on the date selected by the customer when booking, in the case of dated services.
These GTC are available on the website.
The customer confirms having the legal capacity to enter into this contract, i.e. being of legal age and not under guardianship or trusteeship.
Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC. The customer acknowledges having read and understood them and waives the right to rely on any other document.
Night Experience reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time, and to apply them to any orders placed after such modifications.
Orders
Orders are subject to these GTC and the internal regulations of Night Experience and the Zoo de Bordeaux Pessac.
To place an order, the customer must complete the form detailing the selected services. Before final validation, the customer may review and modify their order. The order is only confirmed upon final validation of the summary screen ("click of acceptance"), equivalent to a handwritten signature under Article 1341 of the French Civil Code.
Once validated, the order becomes irrevocable except in specific cases defined below.
A confirmation page and email will be sent to the customer. These serve as proof of reservation and should be kept.
Payment is charged once by Night Experience via a secure payment system: 100% of the total amount at the time of booking.
The customer has 8 days to contest confirmation details by registered letter; otherwise they are deemed accepted.
In accordance with Article L.121-20-4 2° of the Consumer Code, no 7-day withdrawal period applies.
