These house rules set out the accommodation conditions within the Night Experience lodges and apply to all guests who have booked an overnight stay.
: I. Opening and Access Conditions
Guests may access their lodge from 4:00 PM and must vacate it by 10:00 AM the following morning.
Guests staying in the Night Experience lodges may only access the park during public opening hours (as displayed at the park entrance depending on the season).
: II. Safety Instructions
It is strictly forbidden to cross barriers, enter service areas or enclosures, or climb on fences.
Prohibition, warning, and information signs must be strictly respected.
: III. Fire Prevention
It is strictly forbidden to make any type of fire within the lodge area (including barbecues). All lodges are equipped with smoke detectors and fire extinguishers.
The lodges are non-smoking. A fire safety sheet is displayed in your lodge and reminds you of the instructions to follow in case of fire.
: IV. Evacuation
If necessary or upon staff request, you may be asked to evacuate your lodge and proceed to the assembly point (indicated on the fire safety sheet).
: V. Supervision
When guests are absent, lodges must always be locked to protect personal belongings. Management declines any responsibility for theft or loss of personal items within the lodges.
Children remain under the constant responsibility of their parents and must be closely supervised at all times to ensure compliance with these house rules.
It is strictly forbidden to leave the lodge once the park is closed. An emergency contact number is displayed inside the lodge and can be reached at any time in case of emergency.
: VI. Respect for Animals
For the well-being of the animals, it is strictly forbidden to:
- Run or shout
- Hit installations, windows, or fences
- Throw objects or attempt to feed the animals
: VII. Damage, Deterioration, and Theft
It is strictly forbidden to damage or deteriorate any lodge facilities: accommodation units, furniture, fences, glass panels, or signage.
Guests must respect green areas and are not allowed to pull out, cut, or break plants, flowers, or trees. Cleanliness of the site must be maintained at all times.
A check-out inspection is systematically carried out by lodge staff to prevent any theft or damage.
In the event of damage, the security deposit provided upon arrival will be charged.
: VIII. Prohibited Items
It is forbidden to bring, possess, or carry alcohol or any dangerous or illegal substances, materials, or items on site (weapons, hazardous objects or products, drugs, etc.).
: IX. Code of Conduct
Pets are not allowed within the lodges or the park (Law of July 10, 1976). Guests must behave respectfully and follow basic rules of good conduct within the accommodation site, in particular:
- Respect and ensure the peace and quiet of other lodge guests (noise levels, general behaviour, nighttime disturbance)
- Guests agree to maintain complete silence from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM the following morning
- The lodges are a place of calm and observation to fully enjoy an immersive experience
- Any inappropriate behaviour (drunkenness, nighttime disturbance) will not be tolerated
- Any violation of these rules may result in eviction from the Night Experience lodges
- Guests agree to leave the lodge only in case of emergency and to respect the park access hours communicated to them
