To prepare for your stay, it is essential to have a mobile phone with you.
48 hours before your arrival, please let us know your arrival time (by email or phone). You may arrive from 10 a.m. (park opening time) to enjoy the discovery trails and other activities. Check-in to your accommodation will take place between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. at the latest.

We will then provide you with the phone number of our accommodation manager so they can welcome you after the lodge reception has closed.
A secure parking area is reserved for lodge guests. Vehicles are not allowed inside the park. A cart can be provided to help transport your luggage.
From 9 a.m., guests benefit from privileged access (one hour before the park opens to the public). Before 9 a.m., walking on the park paths is strictly prohibited.
On the day of departure, accommodation must be vacated before 10 a.m. You are asked to leave the place as clean as possible and return any equipment provided.
The lodge does not have a television.
Our lodges are not fully compliant with accessibility standards for people with reduced mobility.
Pet policy
Out of respect for the park’s wildlife and the tranquility of the site, pets are not allowed in the lodge.
Non-smoking area
To preserve the clean air of the surrounding nature, the lodges are non-smoking. Smoking is tolerated on the outdoor patio, provided the environment is respected.
